Role
Associate Director, Supply Chain Management within the Global Launch Planning (GLP) team, responsible for end-to-end execution of new product launches in key markets. Objectives include developing market launch plans, leading cross-functional teams, mitigating launch risks, and ensuring a smooth transition to sustaining operations.

- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or related field
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain, launch planning, or manufacturing
- strong project management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Advanced degree
- supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma)
- experience with launch management, ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis), and risk mitigation
involvement in biologics or small molecule product launches, working with global teams, and supporting new product introductions in regulated environments.
Work setuphybrid; travel approximately 10%.
