The business is growing across structural steel, advanced bridge fabrication and heavy industrial projects
, and they need someone who can help strengthen the way purchasing, suppliers and material flow support the operation.

You won't be walking into a purchasing function with everything already set in stone.

You'll have the opportunity to learn the business, build supplier relationships, improve processes and gradually take on greater responsibility.

With the existing purchasing leader expected to retire in the coming years, there is a genuine succession opportunity for the right person to develop into broader purchasing leadership.

That means your impact can extend far beyond today's purchase orders.

You'll work across the operation, connecting purchasing with:

• Fabrication and project schedules
• Steel mills & service centres
• Material availability & long-lead items
• Freight and delivery coordination
• Inventory & material management
• Project and production teams

The ideal candidate understands that in steel fabrication,
getting the right material at the right price is only half the job — getting it there at the right time can make or break a project.

Experience with structural steel, bridge fabrication or heavy industrial procurement will be highly relevant.

ERP / purchasing system experience such as Tekla EPM, Spectrum or similar is also valuable.
