The anticipated salary for this position will be $100k to 130k based on applicable experience and education.
SummaryThe Procurement Agility Consultant serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for enabling procurement excellence, accelerating sourcing initiatives, driving process improvements, improving organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategic project delivery across the Indirect Procurement function. This role acts as a central coordinator and change agent, partnering closely with Category Managers, Procurement Leadership, Procurement Operations/COE, Finance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve procurement agility, governance, reporting, pipeline visibility, and project execution.
The Agility Manager helps ensure procurement initiatives progress efficiently while maintaining compliance with procurement policies, sourcing standards, and stakeholder expectations. The Agility Manager is expected to operate independently across multiple work streams, provide leadership for cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a procurement process and project management expert. Direct reporting responsibilities are not required but may be assigned based on organizational needs.

Lead and coordinate multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously across indirect spend categories.
