Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

* General handyman experience

* Experience in asphalt patching

* Experience in Sheetrock and Spackling

* Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor machines and extractors)

* Knowledge in cleaning/janitorial is a plus

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds

* Must be able to communicate verbally and via email

* Work order system knowledge a plus

* Must be able to problem - solve

* Must have a strong foundation in core engineering tools

* Must be able to communicate clearly

* Must be a team player

* Must be able to prepare reports at the end of the shift, if needed
