Project Manager SR

Position: 3000 - Project Manager SR
Job Description:

• Supports achievement of programmatic goals and overall contract objectives.
• Plans, coordinates, evaluates, and reviews all phases of project control, including interpretation of and compliance with contract requirements.
• Conducts ongoing reviews of project planning, execution, and program activities.
• Interfaces with government and industry representatives to coordinate plans, requirements, and new developments.
• Ensures proper staffing and effective management of contract personnel.
• Assists with resolving complex operational and contractual issues.
• May lead and direct the work of junior contractor personnel, applying judgment and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of task order requirements in accordance with the PWS.
• Manage contract deliverables, including cost, status, and progress reports.
• Maintain coordination with Government stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ensure adherence to cost, schedule, performance, quality, and security requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and risk mitigation strategies to support successful contract performance.

Qualifications:

• Citizenship:
  
  S. citizenship required.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, management, or a technical field.
• Experience:
  
  7+ years in a related program or project management role.
• Skills:
  
  Leadership, contract management, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving.

Required DoD Systems, Tools, and Framework

Experience:

• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and sustainment environments.
• Experience managing CDRLs, cost/status reporting, and performance metrics.
• Understanding of Navy or DoD logistics and program management processes.
