Project Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant

Piper Companies is looking for an Project Manager for a leading healthcare system located in the greater Philadelphia area to report in-person 1-2x weekly in support of software implementation needs. The ideal candidate would have experience with Willow/Beaker/EPIC and hopefully some familiarity with revenue cycle/billing functions or general clinical settings.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

* Manage full life-cycle infrastructure projects in an Agile environment

* Design, scope, and execute project plans working with cross-functional teams

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

* Experience managing both SDLC/application development and infrastructure projects

* Experienced in healthcare/hospital settings, supporting major EMR platforms (EPIC, Cerner, eClinical

WOrks, AllScripts, etc) - ideal

* Expert at building, and maintaining important project documentation, outlining scope/cost/schedules

* Effective stakeholder management and executive level presentation skills

* Skilled in communication, highly adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects

Compensation/Benefits for the Project Manager:

* $70-75/hr on 6-month contract with extension or conversion
