JOB SUMMARY
The District Manager of Sunnyside
* PA reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for profitability of multiple dispensaries and their teams within the state. The District Manager will oversee multiple Sunnyside
* dispensaries, ensuring the region achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals. This role will serve as the link between the Sunnyside
* brand vision of providing access to consistent high-quality cannabis and cannabis knowledge and the operations of the store.

- Experience leading and motivating a team of Retail Managers; skills include recruiting, onboarding, training, managing employee relations and coaching.
- P&L responsible for a territory to include payroll, financial management, and achieving monthly sales goals.
- Skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making and complex problem solving.
- Skills in talent selection, performance management and succession planning of hourly and salary team members.
- Experience in a dynamic role that combines problem solving, teamwork, technical skills, and customer service!
- You are energetic, possess strong interpersonal skills and work well with others. Collaboration is key to our team's success!
