Commercial & Residential Restoration Project Manager Position Available:

A client company that we are working with is actively interviewing for an open role within their company that is, "Commercial Restoration Project Manager". This company is well known in the restoration market for doing reputable work and dealing with their customers/clients/employees the right way. They are open to speaking with individuals who have years of restoration experience specifically in PM, Superintendent, or possibly foreman roles.

Commercial & Residential Restoration Project Manager Duties

* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures

* Review estimates with management

* Work with a variety of commercial & residential restoration projects simultaneously

* Run Restoration construction projects on time and under budget

* Run crews of foreman, subcontractors, technicians etc

Commercial & Residential Restoration Project Manager Experience Required

* 2+ years of project managing experience and also estimating experience

* IICRC Certifications

* Knowledgeable in Xactimate

* 2+ years

Experience with Commercial & Residential Restoration materials and techniques

* Extensive knowledge in Water, Fire, Mold & Flood Restoration

* Must be comfortable with leading a team/crew

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
