• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise production employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow.
• Work closely with purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments.

• 3+ years of manufacturing management or operations experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with production scheduling.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
