Flowers Foods - - Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth operation of all packaging machinery.;
Works from complex blueprints, drawings, written or verbal instructions.;
Makes standard shop computations relating to stress, strength of materials, centers of gravity, direction, rotation, speeds, etc.;
Capable of making complete machine overhaul, both mechanical and electrical, so that when the machine is placed in service it will function as required.;
Capable of making pre-arranged changeovers in the machines when going from one variety to a different variety.
