Product Development + Production Coordinator
The Product Development + Production Coordinator owns the design side of PLM including setup, line lists, sample-review prep, data hygiene, and clean handoffs, while supporting the day-to-day mechanics of product development and production sourcing. Sitting at the intersection of design, merchandising, sourcing, and operations, this person keeps product information accurate and locked upstream, then helps move each style from concept through production and delivery.
It's an ideal role for someone building an apparel/sleepwear career who is organized, comfortable with data and systems, and eager to learn how a garment goes from sketch to shelf.
This role serves as the design-side PLM owner who keeps design data clean upstream.
Mission
Keep design data clean and locked upstream so accurate product information flows to every downstream team which includes Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and operations and marketing.
