Manager, Drug Product Manufacturing

Larimar Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Drug Product Manufacturing to lead clinical-stage manufacturing activities supporting novel protein replacement therapies for rare diseases. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day cGMP operations, ensuring compliant, efficient production of clinical drug product while managing a team of manufacturing staff. You will own production scheduling, documentation, deviation management, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with QA, QC, MSAT, Supply Chain, and CMC to enable timely delivery of high-quality materials.
