You will manage a team of 20 fabricators and welders, coordinate daily work with the Fabrications Manager, and ensure timely project delivery by interpreting drawings and coordinating resources.
The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong knowledge of fabrication and welding processes, excellent communication, and solid IT skills including Microsoft Project.
