Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part the leadership and care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You will work to ensure the care of the clinical team and residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN), you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Assessment

• Mentoring

• Mentoring clinical staff

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required qualifications:

• Graduate of approved LPN Program.

• Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long term care setting is strong preferred.

• Current licensure to practice as an LPN in the State of Pennsylvania.
