Travel Nurse IR RN – 13-week Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse position in Philadelphia, PA (19140). Join a dynamic radiology team providing peri-procedural care in an Interventional Radiology (IR) lab.

• Unit/Setting: Interventional Radiology Lab – Radiology-Special Procedures (IR lab, radiology nurse role)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (On-Site) – Travel Nurse
• Start Date: March 2, 2026
• End Date: May 31, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: AM
• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2750 - $2890 (competitive travel nurse pay)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact RN license (PA nursing license)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1 year of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology, IR lab, or a related specialty (IR nurse / radiology nurse experience) preferred
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area

• Provide peri-procedural nursing care in the IR lab, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure monitoring and documentation
• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care under the direction of a licensed physician
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered; maintain accurate, timely charting and electronic medical records
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, effective care
• Support vascular interventions, angiography, catheter-based procedures, and procedures using fluoroscopy as appropriate to the unit
• Deliver patient education and post-procedure instructions to support recovery and discharge planning
• Direct and support nursing support staff in alignment with standards of practice and unit policies
