Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of nursing education programs including but not limited to nursing orientation, in services and continuing education. Develops, coordinates, and facilitates educational programs presented to other hospital staff, physicians, patients, volunteers and/or the community. Functions as an educational resource and provides individual guidance for education as necessary. National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related speciality preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Other Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
Master's Degree Nursing, other health related field or Adult Education Preferred
Experience
3 years experience in a Clinical Setting Required
1 year experience in adult education Preferred
Licenses
Basic Life Support Required
PA Registered Nurse License Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Preferred
Multi State Compact RN License Required Or '399985
