As a Weekend LPN at Complete Care at Harston Hall, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, quality care to those in our community, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, inserting Foley catheters, and performing basic life support measures
• Accurately document patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, and therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
