Receive and relay shift report from the registered nurse (RN).;
Assist with data collection for nursing history and physicals including vital signs and functional status.;
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, mobility).;
Observe skin changes and report abnormalities to the RN and care team.;
Promote infection control and follow standard precautions and isolation precautions as required.
