- Sign‑on incentive:
Up to $15,000 for qualified candidates - Full‑time union position (40 hours per week) – 8‑hour shifts Monday through Friday with rotating start times (6:30AM, 7:00AM, or 8:00AM)
- On‑call rotation: includes weekends and holidays – typically every 7th weekend, 4 weekdays per month, and 1–2 holidays per year with a 30‑minute response time

- Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, bronchoscopy, ERCP)
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation
- Monitor patients during and after procedures
- Collect and prepare lab specimens
- Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
- Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians
- Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required)
- Experience in pre‑ or post‑procedural care is a plus
- Basic Life Support Certification from the Default Issuing Body
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) – of Pennsylvania
- Clinical skills; communication, computer literacy, Health Information Systems (HIS), interpersonal communication, teamwork
NOTE:
This position is a full‑time union role with a rotating schedule and on‑call responsibilities. The medical equipment and supplies management, as well as patient monitoring, will be performed in a clinical environment.
