Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 4-Week Contract

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our outpatient Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Urgent Care clinic and provide essential care services in group homes across the region.

This role includes completing home assessments, providing wound care, and performing various nursing duties. The LPN will also take vitals and conduct nursing assessments for walk-in patients seeking mental health support.

Duration: 4-week contract

Shifts:

Multiple shifts available Compensation: $29.90 – $45.35/hour (depending on experience)

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Bachelor's degree in any subject (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an LPN (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient behavioral health setting and conducting fieldwork/home visits
• A genuine interest in working with individuals with mental health challenges, physical, and developmental disabilities

As an LPN, you will interact with and support individuals in a variety of environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting home health assessments and outpatient intakes
• Providing wound care and basic medical support
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene when needed
• Supporting communication and social skill development
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
