The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and conducting on-site monitoring visits at clinical sites to identify problems and issues, and to assess compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), study protocol, ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all other applicable regulations governing the conduct of research.
• Managing and conducting remote reviews of participants' electronic medical records, electronic data capture systems or paper records provided by the site to assess compliance with CFR, study protocol and ICH GCP requirements.
• Reviews and evaluates study files and regulatory documents both remotely and at the site to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Preparing written detailed reports after each visit or remote reviewing session for study management and key officials, identifying findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Participating in integrating monitoring plan and site performance metric team calls. Participates in other related team discussions/calls where required.
• Developing and delivering training on ICH GCP and regulatory requirements to site personnel. Creating presentations to facilitate education and training for team members.

Pay:
