Location: Susquehanna, PA Agency: Prime Staffing Pay: $1,929 per week Shift: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 7/6/2026

We are seeking a Med/Surg RN to provide care at a 83‑bed critical access hospital in Susquehanna, PA. The role includes patient care, medication administration, charting, and participation in interdisciplinary teams.

• Deliver nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide medications and treatments via the AHT medication system.
• Document care using CPSI documentation system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary support as needed.
• May be expected to work charge hours and be on call.

• Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of medical‑surgical nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experience with Point Click Care charting system (preferred).
• Basic nursing and medical‑surgical skills.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts, every other weekend.
• COVID‑19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine not required.
• Must have valid license in hand at start of assignment.
• Travel compliance and RTO approval required.

• Bed capacity: 25 beds (hospital has 83 beds).
• Patient age groups:
  Adults, Geriatrics.
• Common diagnoses:
  Pneumonia, COPD, Atrial Fib, Pancreatitis, Bowel Obstruction, Orthopedic Rehab, Renal Failure.
• No ventilators in the unit; critical cases transferred.
• Equipment:
  Vapotherm, Telemetry.

• Med Surg RN with 1 year experience.
• Ability to work nights, 3 x 12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Work nights and every other weekend.
• Must be able to accept first‑time travel assignments.
• Occupies charge hours if needed.
