Nursing Assistant - Daylight or Afternoon shift!

Location:

Concordia of Wexford, 125 Brown Rd, Wexford, PA 15090.

This position provides direct care for residents at Concordia of Wexford.

Hours:

Daylight (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), Afternoon (12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.), and Evening (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.). Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available with an every other weekend rotation.

Shift premium: every other weekend rotation. Eligible employees who waive health insurance may receive a $1.50 per hour insurance supplement.

Wages:
Up to $22.30 per hour. Rates recognize experience and are competitive.

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Direct Care Certification (paid) or satisfactory completion of a Nurse Aide training program with a current Nurse Aide license in good standing in PA

• Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
• Documenting the care provided
• Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
• Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly
