We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. RN/LPN Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and oversee the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to promote professional growth and development

• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities

• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity

RN/LPN Nurse Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience in a nursing setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
