DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
- Provide direct care to residents based on individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting, and hygiene
- Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Accurately document care, changes in condition, and resident interactions
- Promote resident rights, comfort, and safety in every interaction
- Collaborate with the nursing team to observe, report, and respond to changes in resident condition
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; functional literacy required
- Completion of a PA state-approved CNA training and competency program
- Active listing on the PA Nurse Aide Registry, free of abuse/misconduct findings
- Minimum of 2 years experience providing personal care; long-term care preferred
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism in a team environment
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident transfers
- Work includes standing, bending, pushing, and moving throughout the facility
- Must be able to work in a healthcare environment with moderate noise and frequent exposure to cleaning agents and bodily fluids
