Requirements:
- 2+ years of LPN experience
- EPIC experience required
- Preferred:
Cover My Meds experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Triaging patient calls and managing communications.
- Processing prior authorizations and scheduling appointments.
- Performing in-basket management tasks.
- Assisting with medical reception duties as needed.
Compliance / Notes:
- Training includes HIPAA Module (15 minutes) and 4-hour Penn Chart training (virtual).
- Candidates must be prepared to start compliance processes immediately after accepting the role.
