Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well‑being, and support the nursing team in delivering high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Kentucky
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in long‑term care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach
