Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

New Pay Rates Based on Years of Experience
Sign-On Bonus Available for Full-Time Positions

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team.

For more than 50 years, Valley Manor has proudly served the local community by providing high-quality post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services. Our nursing team works closely with Therapy, Social Services, Activities, and Nutritional Services to meet the individual needs of every resident.

Available Shifts
  • Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

  • Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Full-time employees are scheduled for 10 shifts per pay period, including every other weekend.

LPN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any significant changes

  • Document nursing care accurately and timely

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Supervise and provide direction to Certified Nursing Assistants

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team

  • Follow all facility policies, infection-control procedures, and state and federal regulations

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications
  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state

  • Graduate of an approved practical nursing program

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
