Assist with data collection for nursing history and physical exams, including vital signs and measurements, and report changes to the registered nurse;
Provide patient and family information to the RN for coordination of care and discharge planning;

Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and oral hygiene;
