Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Shift: Evening/Night Rotation, 3:00 PM 7:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Emergency Room (RN ER) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations, and experience caring for patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
- Assist with emergency procedures, trauma cases, and critical interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous Emergency Room/ED nursing experience required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- PALS and/or TNCC preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical-thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
