Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19140!

Registered Nurse – NICU

Philadelphia, PA | NICU Level III

Contract | Nights (19:00–07:30) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for sick neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Operate and monitor conventional ventilators, high-frequency jet ventilators, high-frequency oscillators, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and nitric oxide delivery systems
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, with the possibility of a 1:3 ratio in low-acuity cases
• Manage all aspects of NICU care, excluding surgical and cardiac cases
• Float to the Well Baby Nursery as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience

• Experience with advanced neonatal respiratory support modalities
• Comfort working in a large, multi-room NICU environment (41-bed unit)
• Weekend availability preferred, though not required

• No call requirements and no mandatory holiday shifts, offering a strong work-life balance
• Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Level III NICU utilizing a wide range of advanced neonatal care technologies
