About the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Role
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents on our evening shift. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care, while also mentoring and guiding our nursing staff. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and provide education and support to residents and family members.
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on the evening shift
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Provide education and support to residents and family members on various health topics
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure that residents receive high-quality care that aligns with our center's mission and values
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
