Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19140!

Registered Nurse – NICU (Level III)

Philadelphia, PA | NICU – Level III

Contract | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct bedside nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage and monitor advanced respiratory therapies including conventional mechanical ventilation, high-frequency jet ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios appropriate to acuity (typically 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity; 1:3 for lower acuity)
• Care for a diverse urban patient population across a range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Participate in holiday coverage; expected availability for at least 1–2 weekends per month based on staffing needs
• Float to the Well Baby Nursery as needed

• Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• BLS certification required

• Prior travel nursing experience (not required but welcomed)
• Experience caring for neonates requiring advanced respiratory support
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced urban NICU environment
