Are you an expert field nurse case manager ready to shape the future of a growing organization? We're recruiting for an experienced Nurse Case Management Trainer to join our Operations Support team in a brand-new role designed to build a training and development program from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to transition your field expertise into a training and leadership position while working with leading healthcare case management organizations.
You'll play a key role in nursing education by:
- Developing and delivering training programs for new field case management nurses
- Creating training materials for our new software platform launch
- Serving as the go-to resource for nursing and case management personnel across the organization
- Designing in-services and monitoring quality of case management workflows
- Providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Eventually training all new field case management hires company-wide
This is a role where you'll have real impact. You're not just delivering canned content—you're helping us build our training infrastructure from scratch.
What We’re Looking ForEssential
Qualifications:
- Active RN or BSN license in good standing
- Minimum 4years of direct field case management experience (workers' comp background ideal)
- Comfortable presenting and training in a remote environment
- Self-directed—able to work independently and help create processes and guardrails
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Background in training, education, or team leadership
- Experience with software onboarding or best practices documentation
- Enthusiasm for building new programs and taking on emerging challenges
Location:
Remote (primarily)
Travel:
Approximately 10% (annual leadership meetings, job shadowing, occasional field support)
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time
Salary Range: $100,000–$105,000 (based on experience)
