Our client is looking to fill the role of Quality Assurance Compliance Manager. The QA Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and health authority requirements across clinical and commercial operations.
  • 4-6 month contract opportunity
  • Based onsite daily in Philadelphia, PA
  • Pay Range - $65-$70/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the QMS to support GMP compliance across manufacturing, supply chain, and laboratory operations.
  • Lead and manage quality events, including investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and drive timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Participate in and co-chair key quality forums such as Material Review Board (MRB) and Change Control Review Boards.
  • Support regulatory inspections and client audits, including preparation and hosting.
  • Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide QA review for regulatory submissions and represent Quality on project teams.
  • Deliver training on QA procedures and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate critical quality issues and ensure appropriate remediation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing, preferably in a Quality Assurance role supporting compliance systems.
  • Experience with Veeva required.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
