  • Support a positive, organized work environment by following all departmental standards and contributing to a culture of shared accountability.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Review every work order thoroughly — verifying style, color, team, art, name, patch requirements, size, and quantity — to ensure each garment is built to exact fan specifications.
  • Arrange tackle twill letters with precision, upholding spelling accuracy and placement standards that reflect the quality fans expect from officially licensed merchandise.
  • Inspect completed work before releasing to the finish bundle, catching and dispositioning any quality issues before they reach the customer.
  • Contribute to fulfilling fan orders accurately and on schedule, directly supporting the fan experience at the point of product.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Identify patterns in quality defects or production inefficiencies and surface improvement ideas to the supervisor.
  • Adapt quickly to new work orders, team specifications, and art requirements, applying sound judgment when variations arise on the line.
  • Embrace process improvements and new equipment or techniques introduced to the manufacturing floor that enhance accuracy and throughput.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Execute all tackle twill operations — including heat-seal machine setup and application — with care, speed, and consistency across a full 7:30am–4:00pm shift.
  • Maintain a well-organized workstation to support efficient letter arrangement and reduce errors throughout the production run.
  • Meet overtime requirements as needed, including weekends, to ensure production commitments are fulfilled without compromising quality.
  • Take personal accountability for the accuracy and quality of every garment processed, treating each piece as a finished product a fan will wear.
