Job Description Summary
The primary functions of this position include: (1) Assist the Project Manager to coordinate recruitment efforts; conduct telephone eligibility screenings; complete in-person study visits; consent participants; oversee study sessions. (2) Maintain training materials;
Assist in training personnel on center-wide and study-specific SOPs (e.g. data entry/QC, phone screening, data collection, computerized behavioral tasks). (3) Assist supervision of 2 research assistants when applicable. (4) Assist with management of study product accountability; maintain inventory records of study related materials and equipment. (5) Coordinate data entry and quality assurance assignments (6) Attend monthly lab and staff meetings, Report directly to the Project Manager.
(7) Monitor and oversee sample logging and storage procedures to ensure accurate record maintenance for analysis (8) Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
+ BA/BS in related field with at least 2 years of experience preferred. The candidate should: (1) have practical experience working in a research setting be comfortable interacting with research subjects & research staff. (2) Be familiar with collecting data through computerized behavioral tasks. (3) Have regulatory experience (i.e. submitting protocols/consent, adverse event reporting, etc.). (4) Be organized and able to perform in a deadline driven environment.
(5) Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Position is contingent upon continued funding.
