Job Description

Job Title: Research Associate – Process Development
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Onsite, 5 days/week
Pay Rate: $34/hr
Duration: 1 year

• Execute laboratory experiments supporting viral vector production.

• Perform buffer and solution preparation, equipment cleaning, and calibration.

• Maintain laboratory records and experimental documentation.

• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.

• Support day-to-day bioprocess laboratory operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Engineering.

Required Skills

• Hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or academic research.

• Viral vector production experience.

• Buffer and solution preparation.

• Laboratory equipment operation, cleaning, and calibration.

• Experimental data analysis and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Downstream bioprocessing experience.

• Centrifugation

• Filtration

• Chromatography

• Viral vector downstream processing.
