Compliance Analysis And Improvement Specialist
As a Compliance Analysis And Improvement Specialist, you will:
Apply social science methodologies and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes in ORR-funded refugee and unaccompanied alien children (UAC) programs.
Design and evaluate data collection methodologies, including surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, and administrative data collection processes;
Develop and refine monitoring instruments and data collection tools using research and evaluation best practices to ensure alignment with study objectives and data quality standards.
Develop new approaches and methods when established procedures are insufficient to meet program objectives;
Refine monitoring instruments, data collection methodologies, and evaluation processes to improve consistency, reliability, and data quality.
Apply statistical and analytic techniques to evaluate relationships between program characteristics, service delivery models, and outcomes;
Produce research reports, evaluation summaries, and analytical products to inform leadership decision-making and program improvements.
