Job Description Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator A | Center for Neuroengineering & Therapeutics (CNT)
Supports clinical and translational research focused on developing innovative neuroengineering technologies and treatments for neurological disorders. Responsibilities include managing IRB submissions and regulatory documentation, coordinating multi-site research activities, maintaining research databases (REDCap), developing SOPs and training materials, recruiting and consenting study participants, assisting with data collection and wearable devices, and collaborating with internal and external research teams. The role offers exposure to neuroscience research, data analysis, and opportunities to contribute to publications and grant proposals.

Job Responsibilities
+ Correspond with the IRB and maintain regulatory documentation. Provide IRB overview and training as needed.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between research teams, regulatory offices, sponsors, and collaborating institutions.
+ Maintain REDCap and other databases
+ Support subject recruitment for CNT research studies, including attending research and clinical conference meetings.
+ Manage research databases, track enrollment and study progress, and generate reports for investigators and stakeholders.
+ Provide general administrative support to investigators and research staff to ensure efficient day-to-day study operations.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Position is contingent upon continued funding.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
