Bar Back | Part-Time | Ensemble Arts

Oak View Group -  -  - Responsibilities:
Stocking bar supplies including beverages and related items, icing wells, moving kegs in and out of keg coolers and tapping kegs.;
Drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders; running supplies for bartenders such as fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.;
Ensures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of each event.;
Maintains cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas through sanitation procedures, including mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, and managing trash.;
Recognizes guests who are visibly intoxicated and notifies bartenders.
