Assistant Store Manager

TJX -  - Responsibilities:  Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with focus on minimizing shrink and damages;
Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates;
Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment for Associates and customers;
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes;
Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency
