Support lead - Part time - Fishtown

Five Below - 2495 Aramingo Avenue - Responsibilities:
Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and training crew on the BEST customer service experience;
Overseeing daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service;
Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor;
Acting as Manager on Duty and taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues;
Managing opening/closing processes including cash security, door locking, alarm setup, and daily operations;
Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Driving store sales and controlling expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Partnering with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery;
Performing store maintenance including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room upkeep
