System Retail Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a System Retail Manager to lead retail operations across food and convenience outlets within our Accommodation & Food Services portfolio. In this on-site role, you will oversee day-to-day retail performance, ensuring outstanding customer experience, accurate cash handling, and consistent merchandising and brand standards. You will manage inventory, labor, and P&L metrics, using data from POS and reporting systems to drive sales, control costs, and implement improvements.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members, fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity, and service excellence. Collaborating with clients and internal partners, you will align offerings with local customer needs while supporting company-wide initiatives and continuous improvement.
