Detect and apprehend Customers, Associates, and Vendors for theft in a professional manner in accordance with Company policy and law.;
Utilize Loss Prevention reporting and applications to identify and minimize potential loss and shrink.;
Maintain security of store premises and communicate with Store Management and Loss Prevention on incidents and policy violations.;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance, while adhering to store policies and safety procedures.;
Assist in training personnel and complete applicable training programs.
