• Contact a minimum of 80% of customers within an assigned territory monthly to achieve sales and gross profit goals
• Utilize provided tools to target growth within the Independent Medical Distributor and Independent Retail Pharmacy market segments
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist customers with order status, product returns, and pricing inquiries
• Resolve after-sales inquiries and assist with placing orders over the phone
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and special projects as required

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in sales or customer service
• Strong selling, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in the Independent Medical Distribution or Pharmacy industry
