What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business with manufacturers, co-packers, processors, and distribution facilities.
  • Present tailored proposals integrating waste diversion, recycling, and sustainability programs into client operations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers across your territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, supported by robust operational and technical teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in environmental services, organic waste management, or experience selling into food manufacturers or processes.
  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
