• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience preferred but not required.
• Integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
