Knight Transportation-the most profitable and fastest-growing truckload carrier in the industry-is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage key customer relationships within an assigned territory.

This role is ideal for a transportation sales professional who thrives on winning new business, expanding existing accounts, and representing a best-in-class brand.

What You'll Do

* Own revenue growth across all Lines of Business in your assigned region

* Develop new customers while expanding and strengthening existing accounts

* Serve as the primary relationship manager, maintaining consistent, strategic customer engagement

* Negotiate rates and accessorials in partnership with Pricing to win profitable business

* Translate customer needs into execution, ensuring planners and account teams have accurate, up-to-date information

* Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive

* Collaborate cross-functionally with planners, customer account teams, and leadership

* Support operational success, including trailer pools and collections when needed

What You Bring

* Transportation industry experience (required)

* Field sales experience (preferred)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
