- 3+ years managing SDR sales teams of 10+ sellers
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline math models and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Experience leading Sales Development in vertical SaaS or multi-product environments
- Proven track record of building SDR teams from scratch or scaling them effectively
- Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks like SPIN
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with a history of developing SDRs into leadership roles
- Experience in high-growth SaaS companies
